MINN. 1.511"1 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />May 3, 1979 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada was held on the 3rd day of May, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Ralph Nardini, Jack Radford, <br />Gene DeLonais, Pete Costa, Virginia Fisher, Joe Vitale, Dick Boss III. <br />The following members were absent: Frank Winiecki and Dr. Tom Keenan. <br />The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. <br />Yorkton, Inc. Larry Lee and Jack Welch appeared representing <br />Two Industrial Yorkton. The proposed buildings are to be located <br />Buildings just south of South Owasso Blvd. The two struc- <br />tures are to be identical - a flip flop plan. <br />There will be two different heights - office area <br />10 ft. high and warehouse are 14 ft. high. Con- <br />crete block constructions colored - no painting <br />or maintenance needed. Diagonal cedar trim. <br />Everything according to the Minnesota Building <br />Code. It will be sprinkled. It will cover about <br />3.8 acres zoned Industrial. Parking is adequate - <br />55,000 sq ft. - 102 parking spaces. Each building <br />is 27,298 sq ft. <br />Virginia Fisher made a motion-to- accept the plot <br />plan as presented. <br />Seconded by Ralph Nardini. <br />Amended subject to parking spaces. To be reviewed <br />by Building Inspector. <br />Motion carried: 7 - 0 <br />Gervais Shores: The road was changed to 40 ft. width - handled by <br />Bruce Falz Resolution of County Board. Lots 41 and #2 have <br />R. J. Tansey been reduced by 10 ft. along the south line. <br />Owner- Hammond <br />Ralph Nardini made a motion to accept changes in the <br />2nd Addition of Gervais Shores. <br />Seconded by Joe Vitale. <br />Motion carried: 7 - 0 <br />
