MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 9, 2020 <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />April, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> <br />Chair Schwalbach called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> <br />PLANNING Mr. Bill Buesing (arrived at 6:42 p.m.) <br /> COMMISSION Ms. Nicole George <br /> Ms. Taelor Johnson <br />Ms. Dawn Kulousek <br />Mr. Chris Kwapick <br /> Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Mr. Eric Thorson <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ms. Corrin Wendell, Community <br />Development Director <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Westadt made a motion to approve the March 12, 2020 <br />Planning Commission minutes as submitted. Commissioner Johnson <br />seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Schwalbach invited comments from members of the public. <br /> <br />No comments were made. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Planner presented a request to allow a detached garage that <br />exceed 1,000 square feet in size at 2901 Condit Street. She noted that this <br />request would replace the existing detached garage, which is currently 864 <br />square feet in size, with the new garage, proposed to be 1,400 square feet in <br />size. She stated that the property is located in the R-1 single family zone <br />and reviewed the existing related conditions. She reviewed an aerial <br />photograph and proposed site plan. She stated that the applicable setbacks <br />and other provisions of the zoning code would be met as proposed.
