The applicant proposes to construct a new detached garage to replace his existing <br />garage and expand the footprint. The existing 24 ft x 36 ft garage at 864 sq ft will be removed and <br />a new garage 28 ft x 50 ft at 1,400 sq ft will be constructed and placed in the same location. <br /> <br />Applicant/Owner: <br />John Grant, 2901 Condit Drive, Little Canada, MN 55117. <br /> <br />Address/Location: <br />2901 Condit Drive, Little Canada.
