August 20, 2008 Mr Joel Hanson, Mr Steve Grittman, Ms Jessica Jagoe And Lattle Canada City Council Suburban Auto Body is seeking a CUP for our expanded operations to 3172- 3174 Ryan Lane. Currently this establishment is listed as "service for manufacturing companies and tank removal." Suburban Auto Body's current use of this building and area is to establish a site for our light mechanical, light body work and the wash and rinse of vehicles. This site is used as an extension for ourselves only. We have no signs or publications promoting this site for any of our customers. Currently we have 2 employees of Suburban Auto Body and one PDR (pointless dent repair) outside contractor at this location. Contractors are tempory, in this case for hail repair. The most Suburban employees and contractors which could operate from this location comfortably is 5. There just is not enough space to accommodate more than that. There for the maximum parking spaces that could be used at one time could be 5. And we feel we have more than adequate space. The current employee parking area shall be lined and a low curb edging installed along the street side of the parking area. The side of the driveway by the building is edged with a two inch high, iron rail which holds in a decorative stone patio and side walk. This runs the length of the entire building and therefore we would propose no change to this side of the driveway. Suburban Auto Body is requesting that we be allowed , fn our back fenced area, to move or temporarily park, on a daily basis, licensed and operable vehicles. Actual outside storage would be only for the metal recycling bin, (Located on the south side of the building, screened from the street by a slated fence and a landscaped area) a 2 yard metal container for trash, insurance totaled vehicles and a 5'x10' covered and enclosed area for future tare
