a. For all land disturbing activities covering one (1) acre or more, the <br />applicant shall comply with all requirements of the NPDES Phase <br />II regulations. <br />b. Identification of the nature of the construction activity and the <br />potential for sediment and other pollutant discharges from the site. <br />c. Designation of an individual to oversee implementation of the <br />SWPPP and provide a chain of responsibility. <br />d. Stockpiles of soil or other materials subject to erosion by wind or <br />water shall be covered, vegetated, enclosed, fenced on the down <br />gradient side or otherwise effectively protected from erosion in <br />accordance with the amount of time the material will be on site and <br />the manner of its proposed use. No stockpiling is allowed in the <br />street. <br />e. Measures and procedures to reasonably minimize site soil <br />compaction. <br />Provide that all silt fences used for erosion and sedimentation <br />control and all other temporary controls shall not be removed until <br />the City has determined that the site has been permanently <br />stabilized and shall be removed within 30 days thereafter. <br />g. Methods to prevent sediment damage to adjacent properties and <br />sensitive environmental areas such as water bodies, plant <br />communities, rare, threatened and/or endangered species habitat, <br />wildlife corridors, greenways, etc. <br />h. Design and construction methods to stabilize steep slopes. <br />i. Measures to control the quality and quantity of stormwater leaving <br />a site before, during, and after construction. <br />j. Stabilization of all waterways and outlets. <br />k. Protection of storm sewer infrastructure from sediment <br />loading/plugging. <br />Precautions taken to contain sediment when working in or crossing <br />water bodies. <br />m. Stabilization of disturbed areas, including utility consh•uetion <br />areas, as soon as possible. <br />n.
