Four-fifths of all members of the City Council concur in this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CffY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, COUN'T'Y OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, that such vacation is hereby granted and the portion of Viking Drive described as follows is hereby vacated: That part of Lots 4, 5, and 6, J.F. EISENMENGER'S GARDEN LOTS, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Mimtesota, which lies southerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40 feet northerly of Line 1 described below, northerly of Line 2 described below and easterly of Line 3 described below: Line 1. Beginming at a point on the west line of Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, distant 886 feet north of the southwest corner thereof; thence run easterly at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds from said west section line for 20 feet; thence deflect to the right on a 20 degree 00 minute 00 second curve having a delta angle of 53 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds for 265.77 feet to a point of reverse cuwature; thence deflect to the left on a 20 degree 00 minute 00 second curve leaving a delta angle of 53 degrees OS minutes 07 seconds for 265.43 feet and there terminating; Line 2. From the southwest corner of said Section 7, run northerly along the west line thereof on an azimuth of 3S9 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds for 861.81 feet; thence on an azimuth of 89 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds for 57 feet to the point of beginning of Line 2 to be described; thence southeasterly for 208.91 feet on anon-tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 252.06 feet, a delta angle of 47 degrees 29 minutes 13 seconds, and a choc•d azimuth of 118 degrees 53 minutes 02 seconds, to a point of reverse curvature; thence deflect to the left on a tangential curve having a radius of 308.5 feet, a delta angle of 53 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds for 285.44 feet and there terminating; Line 3. Beginning at the point of beginning of Line 2 described above; thence run northerly on an azimuth 3S9 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds for 100 feet and there terminating;
