As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Redstone Construction <br />Company, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is <br />$550,592.28. Subtracting 5% retainage of $27,529.61 and previous payments of <br />$365,334.12, the amount due the Contractor is $157,728.55. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the directional drilling of the sanitary sewer and <br />remainder of the watermain, the installation of the utilities up St. Jude Medical's existing <br />south driveway, and gravel installation on the driveway. We have inspected the work <br />performed by Redstone Construction and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
