EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNES01'A <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 10"' day of September, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Allan, Keis, McGraw, Montour <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING "THE PRELIMINARY <br />2009 TAX LEVY AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The preliminary 2009 tax levy is as follows: <br />TAX LEVY FOR CERTIFICA'T'ION <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The Council is required to certify the preliminary tax levy to the County Auditor by <br />September 1S, 2008. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA that the Council hereby approves the preliminary 2009 tax levy of <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Allan, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />And the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 10°i <br />day of September, 2008. <br />
