2. Multiple-Family Dwellings. Where such building has ten (10) or more dwelling units, one (1) loading berth per structure. 3. When determining the number of off-street loading spaces results in a fraction, each fraction ofone-half (1/2) or more shall constitute another space. H. Off-Street Loading Required. Any structure erected or substantially altered for a use which requires the receipt or distribution of materials or merchandise by trucks or similar vehicles, shall provide off-street loading space as required for a new structure. Exceptions. Upon the presentation of the City Council of adequate justification, the number and/or length of developed loading berths may be reduced, however, adequate area must in all cases be reserved to comply with the minimum requirements. The City reserves the right to require full compliance on demand. 903.070. MOBILE HOMES. A. Mobile homes (used on a temporary or permanent basis) as defined in Section 902 of this Ordinance shall only be permitted within the R-4 Zoning District, except as provided below: During the reconstruction of a home that has been damaged or destroyed so as to be uninhabitable, the City Council may grant anon-renewable permit for a period of not to exceed one (1) year for a mobile home in any zoning district. 2. The City Council may grant a nonrenewable permit for a period of time not to exceed one (1) year for the temporary use of a mobile home as office, space in an "I-1 Zoning District. 3. The Ciry Council, at its option, may require a performance bond or other equivalent security in the amount of five ($500.00) dollars prior to permit approval to ensure that the temporary mobile home is removed at the time the permit lapses. 4. Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes shall be subject to the same district regulations of the Zoning Ordinance applicable to single family detached dwellings, provided that: a. The structure is an average minimum of twenty four (24jj feet in width. [Increased from 22 feed] b. The structure is in compliance with the Guidelines For Manufactured Housing Installations, Inter- national Conference of Building Officials, 1983, and as the same may be amended. 903.080. LAND RECLAMATION. Land reclamation as defined by this Ordinance shall be regulated by Little Canada Ordinance Number 170, Land Fill Operation Ordinance, as may be amended.
