D. Non-commercial greenhouses and conservatories, subject to limitations on accessory <br />buildings inSection 903.024 of this Ordinance. [Added reference] <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are operated for the <br />enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the principal use and their guests. <br />F. Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, garden sheds, and similar <br />buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non-commercial recreational equipment or <br />use, subject to size, setback, and other regulations in Section 903.020 of this Ordinance. <br />G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) persons, and; subject to the', <br />definition of"family" in Secfion;902.010 of this Ordinance? [Added referencd] <br />H. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and/or similar <br />structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required <br />setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no outside <br />storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in <br />compliance with Section 903.020.G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and farming activities limited to crop production only <br />(no farm animals) provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section. 921.OIO.C of this Ordinance are considered and <br />905.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.
