907. "R-3", HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />907.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "R-3", High Density Residential District is to <br />provide for high density residential uses, and directly related uses. <br />907.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Multiple family dwellings. <br />B. Essential services. <br />907.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Private garages, parking spaces and carports for licensed and operable passenger cars and <br />trucks not to exceed a gross vehicle weight of twelve thousand (12,000) pounds, as <br />regulated by Section 903.050 (Off-Street Parking) of this Ordinance. Private garages are <br />intended for use to share the private passenger vehicles of the family or families resident <br />upon the premises, and in which no business service or industry is carried on. Suel3-spas <br />;. Such garage shall <br />not be used for the storage of more than one (1) commercial vehicle owned or operated <br />by a resident per dwelling uniC. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are operated for the <br />enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the principal use and their guests. <br />D. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) persons, and' ubject to the <br />definition of "family" in Section;902.010 of this Ordinances [Added reference] <br />E. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />F. Parking and storage of recreational vehicles, provided that such storage does not occupy <br />required parking, is on a paved surface, and is screened from adjoining public right of <br />way and residential zoning. <br />907.040. CONDITIONAL USES.
