I: Day Care -Family, consistent with the definition in this Ordinance <br />908.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedure set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings and structures necessary for the health, safety and <br />general welfare of the community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required <br />setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no outside <br />storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in <br />compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Residential planned unit development as regulated by Section 923 of this Ordinance. <br />908.050. DESIGN/OPERATIONAL STANDARDS FOR MOBILE IIOME PARKS. <br />A. General Provisions: <br />All land area shall be: <br />a. Adequately drained. <br />b. Landscaped to control dust. <br />c. Clean and free from refuse, garbage, rubbish or debris. <br />2. No tents shall be used for other than recreational purposes in a mobile home park. <br />3. There shall be no outdoor camping anywhere in a mobile home park. <br />4. Access to mobile home parks shall be as approved by the Ciry. <br />5. All structures (fences, storage, cabana, etc.) shall require a building permit from <br />the Building Official. <br />6.
