911. "B-2", AUTO-ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />911.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "B-2", Auto-Oriented Business District is to <br />provide for and limit the establishment of motor vehicle oriented or dependent commercial and <br />service activities. The "B-2" District is intended to provide additional control over high intensity <br />commercial uses which rely on extensive traffic generation, thus the "B-2" District will result in <br />intentional "spot zoning". <br />911.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Auto accessory store (not including minor repair). <br />B. Commercial recreational uses. <br />C. Adult uses-principal. <br />D. Essential Services. <br />911.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Accessory commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the <br />principal use, but such use shall not exceed thirty (30) percent of the gross floor space of <br />the principal use. <br />B. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />C. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 903.060 of this Ordinance. <br />D. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />E. Adult Uses -Accessory as regulated by Section 903.130 of this Ordinance. <br />F. Semi-truck loading and unloading, but `not storage or parking. [Changed from <br />allowance for semi-truck "parking"] <br />911.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) [Deleted convenience <br />restaurants and accessory retail] <br />A.
