913. "B-W", BUSINESS-WAREHOUSING DISTRICT <br />913.010. PURPOSE. The intent of the Business-Warehouse District is to provide for areas <br />ofhigh-quality office development where larger showroom-type retail or warehousing activities <br />may share the same building spaces. General retailing uses, or uses limited to warehousing only, <br />are not considered to be appropriate in this district. <br />913.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Offices, commercial and professional. <br />B. Office-warehousing, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />C. Office-showrooms, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />D. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br />E. Essential services. <br />913.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Accessory commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the <br />principal use, but such use shall not exceed thirty (30) percent of the gross floor space of <br />the principal use. <br />B. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />C. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 903.060 of this Ordinance. <br />D. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />E. Adult Uses -Accessory as regulated by Section 903.130 of this Ordinance. <br />F. Parking for company trucks and trailers, limited to ten (10) percent of the. rear <br />G. Accessory buildings as allowed in the "I-P" District. <br />H.
