E. Adult Uses -Accessory as regulated by Section 903.130 of this Ordinance. <br />F. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Commercial Planned Unit Development, as required by Section 923 of this Ordinance. <br />B. The structure and site must meet all requirements for applicable State of <br />Minnesota licensing. <br />3. The subject property shall meet all applicable fire codes. <br />4. The provisions of Section 921.O10.C of this Ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />5. Outside services and sales are associated with a principal building of at least one <br />thousand (1,000) square feet of floor area. <br />2.
