915. "PUD", PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />915.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "PUD", Planned Unit Development District is to <br />provide for the integration and coordination of land parcels as well as the combination of varying <br />types of residential, commercial and industrial uses. <br />915.020. APPLICATION. Except for the uses listed in this subsection, all permitted, <br />permitted accessory, or conditional uses contained in Sections 905 through 915, with the <br />exception of Section 914-A,I-2, of this ordinance shall be treated as uses which are potentially <br />allowed within a PUD District to eliminate the overlapping procedural requirements of <br />individual conditional use provisions. [Specifies that aggregate stockpiling'will not be an, <br />allowed PUD use] <br />A. Exceptions. The following uses are not allowed in the PUD District: <br />1. Motor Fuel Stations. <br />2. Automobile Repair -Major. <br />3. Automobile Repair -Minor . <br />4. Automobile Repair -Salvage. <br />5. Motor Vehicle Sales Lots. <br />6. Car Washes. <br />7. Motor Vehicle Tire and Battery Service. <br />8. Multiple Family Residential which is not designated for and restricted to senior <br />residents of fifty-five (55) years of age or more. <br />9. Uses listed as Permitted or Conditional Uses in Sections 920.020 and 920.040 of <br />this Ordinance, unless otherwise allowed in Sections 905 through 915 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />915.030. SPECIAL PROCEDURES. The establishment of a "PUD", Planned Unit <br />Development District shall be subject to the amendment and procedure requirements as outlined <br />in Section 921 of this Ordinance, plus the procedures and conditions imposed by Section 923 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />A. Planned Unit Development Districts shall be established with a <br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance <br />PUD District <br />915-1 <br />
