GENERAL REOU[REMEN"fS <br />All re uirements in this A endix are in addition to BMPs alread s ecified in the ermit. <br />Where provisions of Appendix A conflict with requirements elsewhere in the permit the <br />ch. 7001. <br />B REQUIREMENTS FOR DISCHARGING "f0 WETLANDS <br />If the project has anv storm water discharges with the potential for significant adverse <br />impacts to a wetland (e. e.. conversion of a natural wetland to a storm water pond) ,the <br />Permit[ee(sl must demonstrate that the wetland mitigative sequence has been followed in <br />accordance with D.I or D.2 ofthis annendix. <br />State of Minnesota Wetland Conservation Actl that are issued specifically forfhe project <br />and prgject site the Permittee may use dte permit or other determination issued by these <br />agencies to show that the potential adverse imwets have been addressed.
