925. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES <br />925.010. This Ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the Zoning Administrator <br />who is appointed by the City Council. The Zoning Administrator, or the Administrator's <br />designee; may institute in the name of the City of Little Canada any appropriate actions or <br />proceedings against a violator as provided by statute, charter or ordinance. <br />925.020. The City Administrator or designee (including, but not limited to a Code <br />Enforcement Officer, Zoning Administrator, Sheriff, or other person) may issue a citation or a <br />violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance. Any person who violates any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, <br />be fined not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor prescribed under state law.
