The property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial, and is subject to the newly <br />adopted Conditional Use Permit requirements for outdoor storage. The applicant has <br />submitted a site plan that identifies the site location, building dimensions, lot coverage <br />(including blacktop or gravel, and fence locations. <br />As noted, outdoor storage is now allowed by CUP under a revised ordinance. The <br />requirements for the permit are as follows (staff comments inserted in italics): <br />G. The applicant will have to obtain this <br />license. <br />"fhe storage area in question occupies an area no greater than sixty percent <br />(60%) of the gross square footage of the subject parcel.
