The property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial, and is subject to the newly adopted Conditional Use Permit requirements for outdoor storage. The applicant has submitted a site plan that identifies the site location, building dimensions, lot coverage (including blacktop or gravel, and fence locations. As noted, outdoor storage is now allowed by CUP under a revised ordinance. The requirements for the permit are as follows (staff comments inserted in italics): G.
