The applicant complies with the provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />The application appears to comply with the terms of the Outdoor Storage CUP <br />provisions, with the following additions and changes: <br />a. The applicant obtains the appropriate license. <br />b. The details of the fire storage enclosure are provided for City approval. <br />c. The applicant agrees to pave additional proof of parking area in the event that <br />such parking is found to be needed. <br />d. The applicant provide a revised site plan illustrating the proper fire lane, and <br />receives approval from the Fire Chief. <br />e. The site lighting is identified on the revised site plan. <br />f.
