As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,127,778.45. <br />Subtracting previous payments of $1,067,265.07 and $3,000.00 of retainage, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $57,513.38. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for completion of nearly all punchlist items and <br />reduction of the retainage being held to $3,000.00. The remaining $3,000.00 of <br />retainage will be held until all work is completed which the Contractor has indicated will <br />be by Friday, September 26, 2008. This partial payment represents final quantities with <br />the exclusion of the Class V Aggregate base bid item which is being reviewed due to <br />discrepancies between the Contractor's and our inspector's totals. If necessary this item <br />will be adjusted on the final estimate. We have inspected the work preformed by T.A <br />Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
