As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,223,390.01. <br />Subtracting retainage of $3,000.00 and previous payments of $1,153,893.04, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $66,496.96. <br />This pay estimate includes payment of Change Order #4 for extra work items that were <br />completed by the Contractor as part of the project under direction by the City and the <br />reduction of retainage to $3,000.00. The remaining $3,000.00 of retainage will be held <br />until all work punchlist work is completed which the Contractor has indicated will be by <br />September 28, 2008. A final review of all quantities will also be completed as part of the <br />future final payment.
