A question was raised relating to the unit sizes allowed for multiple family <br />dwellings in the R-3 District (Section 907.050.E). As yet, no change is included <br />in this draft. <br />A question was raised regarding the allowance for outdoor storage in the B-2 <br />district by CUP (Section 911.040.C.6.), questioning whether these limitations <br />were consistent with the City Council's recent actions on outdoor storage. <br />These regulations are separate from the more recent actions, which addressed <br />storage in the 1-1 zoning district (licensed, 60% of lot area, etc.). <br />• A question was raised relating to the 50 foot height for the stockpile in the I-2 <br />District. Based on previous Council discussion, this provision is deleted from <br />the current draft. <br />A question was raised relating to the requirement fora "supermajority" for certain <br />votes (Comp Plan amendment, rezoning from residential to <br />commercial/industrial), etc. A supermajority is a 2/3 majority vote (effectively <br />a 4/5 majority vote on 5-member councils. Bofh the supermajority and 2/3 vote <br />language are included in the text. <br />
