2. The slope rises at least twenty-five (25) feet above the ordinary high water level <br />of the waterbody; <br />3. The grade of the slope from the toe of the bluff to a point twenty-five (25) feet or <br />more above the ordinary high water level averages thirty (30) percent or greater; <br />and <br />4. The slope must drain toward the waterbody. <br />Bluff Imnact Zone. A bluff and land located within twenty (20) feet from the top of a <br />bluff. <br />Boardine House. A building other than a hotel where, for compensation and by pre- <br />arrangement for definite periods, meals or lodging and meals are provided to three (3) or <br />more persons, not of the principal family therein, pursuant to previous arrangements and <br />not to anyone who may apply, but not including a building providing these services for <br />more than ten (10) persons. <br />Boathouse. An accessory use and/or structur~ canopy constructed of metal or other materials <br />sunnorted by Hosts either ornamental or solid and completely open on three (3) sides. <br />Cellar. That portion of a building having more than one-half (1/2) of the floor to ceiling <br />height below the average land grade. <br />Channel.
