An interior <br />lot has one (1) street frontage and a comer lot has two (2) or more frontages. <br />Structure. Anything which is built, constructed or erected; an edifice or building of any <br />kind or any piece of work artificially built up and/or composed of parts jointed together <br />in some definite manner whether temporary or permanent in character. <br />Structural Alterations. Any change in the supporting members of a building, such as <br />bearing walls, column, beams or girders. <br />Surface Water-Oriented Commercial Use. The use of land for commercial purposes, <br />where access to and use of a surface water feature is an integral part o the normal <br />conductance of business. Marinas, resorts, and restaurants with transient docking <br />facilities are examples of such use. <br />Toe of the Bluff. The lower point of a fifty (50) foot segment with an average slope <br />exceeding eighteen (18) percent. <br />Top of the Bluff. The higher point of a fify (50) foot segment with an average slope <br />exceeding eighteen (18) percent. <br />Tower-Commercial. Any pole, spire or structure, or combination thereof including <br />supporting lines, cables, wires, braces and masts, intended primarily for the purpose of <br />mounting an antenna, meteorological device or similar apparatus above grade and which <br />is erected for the commercial use of information. Commercial towers shall only be <br />allowed as accessory uses. <br />Tower-Private. Any pole, spire or structure, or combination thereof including supporting <br />lines, cables, wires, braces and masts, intended primarily for the purpose of mounting an <br />antenna, meteorological device or similar apparatus above grade and which is erected for <br />the non-commercial and non-vendor use of information. <br />Upland• Means all lands at an elevation above the normal high water mark. <br />Use. The purpose or activity for which the land or building thereon is designated, <br />arranged, or intended, or for which it is occupied, utilized or maintained, and shall <br />include the performance of such activity as defined by the performance standards of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Usable Open Space.
