An interior <br />lot has one (1) street frontage and a comer lot has two (2) or more frontages. <br />Structure. Anything which is built, constructed or erected; an edifice or building of any <br />kind or any piece of work artificially built up and/or composed of parts jointed together <br />in some definite manner whether temporary or permanent in character. <br />Structural Alterations. Any change in the supporting members of a building, such as <br />bearing walls, column, beams or girders. <br />Surface Water-Oriented Commercial Use. The use of land for commercial purposes, <br />where access to and use of a surface water feature is an integral part o the normal <br />conductance of business. Marinas, resorts, and restaurants with transient docking <br />facilities are examples of such use. <br />Toe of the Bluff. The lower point of a fifty (50) foot segment with an average slope <br />exceeding eighteen (18) percent. <br />Top of the Bluff.
