P.C.R. 2020-02 Conditional Use Permit – 2920 Greenbrier Street – Case #1391 <br /> <br /> <br />ACTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED <br /> <br />To approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached garage area of approximately up to 1,424 <br />square feet in size to be located in the side yard of the property, located at 2920 Greenbrier Street, <br />Parcel ID 052922140093. <br /> <br />FACTS <br /> <br />• The City has received a Conditional Use Permit application from Jacse Lee, the applicant <br />and owner for the parcel located at 2920 Greenbrier Street. <br />• The applicant is requesting approval for a detached garage that exceeds 1,000 square feet <br />under Section 903.020 (D)(2) and (4) and will be located in the side yard of the property. <br />• The applicant proposes to build a new 28 ft x 28 ft size garage or 1,424 sq ft. <br />• The Zoning Code allows single family properties to have a detached garage that exceeds <br />1,000 square feet as a Conditional Use and can be located in the side yard. <br />• The property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District. <br />• The applicant has submitted all filing requirements for review of the Conditional Use <br />Permit application. <br />• The Building Official has reviewed the proposal. <br />• A Public Hearing will be held at the City Council Meeting on July 22, 2020 to open up <br />public comment. <br />• A public hearing notice letters will be sent to addresses within 350 feet of the parcel. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Application <br />Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
