WORKSHOP MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 18, 2020 <br />Mr. Fair summarized that there are several practical difficulties related to this parcel such as soil <br />conditions, topography, and stormwater management requirements that snake this a challenging <br />parcel to develop. The proposed site plan necessitates variances to address these challenges. <br />Torkelson stated that he has no concerns and is generally in favor of decreasing our lot sizes. <br />There was Council consensus for support for the plan as proposed for a 15-lot single family <br />subdivision on approximately 10 acres at 3000 Labore Road. There were no other concerns <br />raised by City Council members related to the proposed site plan. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m. <br />John T.
