MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 10, 2021 <br />The Public Works Director reported that the three properties on the north side of Ryan Drive all <br />have septic systems, and none of them are conforming because it would be very difficult for them <br />to build new systems due to the railroad tracks that run right behind these businesses. He stated <br />that this could be a good opportunity to run sanitary sewer for these properties. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2021-2-21— A UTHORIZE BOLTON & MENIC TO PREPARE A <br />FEASIBILITY REPOR T FOR RYANDRIVE ROAD AND SANITAR Y SE WER <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. <br />Roll Call Vote: Keis/Fischer/Torkelson/McGraw/Miller <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0).
