STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />DATE:October 23, 2019 <br />RE:Annual Designation of Polling Places <br />Laws of Minnesota 2017, Chapter 92 requires the governing body of each municipality to <br />designate the locations of its polling places for the following election year. The new law does <br />permit changing polling place locations in the year of the election if the polling place authorized <br />by your governing body has become unavailable for use. <br />Staff recommends Council adopt the Resolution designating polling places for Little Canada <br />Precincts 1, 2 and 3 for the 2020 Presidential Primary, State Primary and State General Elections. <br />Precinct 1:Roseville Area Middle School <br />15 County Road B2 East, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Precinct 2:Little Canada Elementary School <br />400 Eli Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Precinct 3:Little Canada City Center <br />515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, MN 55117
