<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> DATE: December 18, 2019 <br /> RE: Recreation Coordinator Contract Renewal <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Approve the 2020 Recreation Coordinator contract with Twin Cities Officials. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Please find attached the renewal contract for recreation coordinator services with Twin Cities <br />Officials. The contract continues to provide an average of 18 hours per week of service. The <br />terms remain the same as our previous contract after providing for a 2.8% fee increase to the <br />contract amount. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the 2020 recreation coordinator contract with Don Bowman, Twin <br />Cities Officials. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
