<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERIM USE PERMIT AND AGREEMENT <br />FRA-DOR, INC., AGGREGATE STOCKPILING AND RECYCLING IN <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this ________ day of December, 2019, by and among the City of <br />Little Canada, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) <br />and Fra-Dor, Inc., Inc., owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner''). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of property ("Property") situated in the City of Little <br />Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota composed of: <br /> <br />Parcel No. 31-30-22-43-0009: Part Westerly of Country Drive of the North 3.26 acres of Lot <br />64, Vadnais Lake Villas. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 3 l-30-22-43-0010: Part Westerly of Country Drive of the South 3.26 acres of Lot <br />64, Vadnais Lake Villas. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 06-29-22-12-0001: Except the South 280.5 feet; the West 424 feet of the Northwest <br />¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ (subject to easements) of Section 6, Township 29, <br />Range 22; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner wishes to use the land for aggregate stockpiling and recycling, which is <br />a use allowed as an Interim Use·by the City's zoning district regulations governing the land; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner holds a current Interim Use Permit allowing the same use sought in <br />the current application, under which Owner maintains the plans and financial securities required
