Schedule A. Services (Little Canada). <br />Service Quote <br />Project Management Services: The NSAC agrees to provide the <br />following: <br />• A sourced equipment list from a third party vendor, so <br />the city may purchase the equipment directly. <br />• Project management and installation of all purchased <br />equipment according to the design plan; <br />• Documentation of equipment, and procedures to use <br />the equipment; <br />• Registering and monitoring of equipment warrantees. <br /> <br />The City agrees to provide the following: <br />• Purchase the sourced equipment from the third party <br />vendor. <br />• Access to the applicable spaces for install. <br /> <br /> $1,500 <br />Equipment: NSAC agrees to provide the following: <br />• Connectors, mounts, cabling, and appropriate <br />equipment. <br /> $227 <br />Equipment: NSAC agrees to provide the following: <br />• Custom made Xpression computer and installation. <br /> $1,300 <br /> <br />NOTE: The cost of the switcher and the other equipment pieces that <br />the city will need to purchase totals $7,796.29. This will be paid by <br />the city directly to the sourced vendor.
