BVK Group, the architect on the project, and LCFD <br />are recommending payment on the project. <br />The architect is verifying that all subcontractors haven been paid for the work performed on this <br />project. The check to Cobra Construction will be released when we receive this verification. <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Approve partial payment application #7 in the amount of $23,969.03 to Cobra Construction.
