CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 839 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE/RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA RELATIVE TO ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES, TRASH <br />& RECYCLING RATES, WATER METER COSTS, PARK SHELTER RENTAL <br />RATES, RENTAL HOUSING INSPECTOR LICENSE FEE AND CONTRACTOR <br />STATE LICENSE VERIFICATION FEE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ORDAINS: The Fee/Rate Schedule for the City of Little Canada is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire <br />ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary <br />is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Fee/Rate Schedule for updated <br />electrical permit fees, water meter costs, trash & recycling disposal cost per ton <br />and park shelter rental rates; removing the rental housing inspector license fee, <br />and adding a contractor state license verification fee. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective on December 20, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 18th day of December, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br />BY: John T.
