STAFF REPORT <br />TO:President Keis and Officers of the Economic Development Authority <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />DATE:January 13, 2020 <br />RE:Appointment of 2020 Economic Development Authority Officers <br />Adoption of 2020 EDA Budget <br />The City Council will need to temporarily adjourn and convene as the Economic Development <br />Authority in order to complete the 2020 appointment of officers and budget adoption. <br />Below is the list of 2019 Appointments: <br />John Keis - President <br />Rick Montour - Vice President <br />Mike McGraw - Treasurer <br />Chris Heineman - Assistant Treasurer <br />Chris Heineman - Secretary <br />Tom Fischer – Director <br />Christian Torkelson - Director <br />2020 Economic Development Authority Budget: <br />Revenues = $0 <br />Expenditures = $0
