3 <br /> <br /> 9. The Fire Department also identified other capital needs and a contingency <br />reserve totaling $41,910 for 2020. The Fire Department will be reimbursed for budgeted <br />2020 capital expenditures upon submission of proper documentation of the expenditure <br />or need for reserve draw to the City.
