<br />- Revise who is on the Rental Housing Appeals Board – should not be the Planning <br />Commission; now will be 1 City staff representative designated by the City <br />Administrator, 1 City Council representative and 1 representative from the Ramsey <br />County Sheriff’s Department <br />- Remove allowance for an exemption to the license fee if property has no violations <br />- 3200.050 Exemptions: Add Group Homes to the list of property types that are exempt <br />from needing a rental housing license <br />- 3200.070B Interior Inspections: Add that no warrant is needed for entry when an <br />emergency condition exists and there is insufficient time to obtain a warrant <br />- Remove sections B-D from 3200.045 Penalties for Failure to Obtain a License – and <br />instead added 3200.300 Violations and Penalties to the end of this Chapter that will <br />encompass the entire chapter instead of only for not obtaining a license. <br />
