D-4 <br />Waiver, Amendment <br />No waiver, amendment, release or modification of the Limited Guaranty shall be established by conduct, <br />custom or course of dealing, but solely by an instrument in writing duly executed by the Trustee. The Limited <br />Guaranty may be amended or supplemented only as provided in the Indenture.
