<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br /> Chris Heineman, City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: January 12, 2022 <br /> <br />RE: Consider Adoption of a City Council Code of Conduct Policy <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Consider adopting a Code of Conduct for City Council members. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />In November 2021, when Council was reviewing the updated City Staff Personnel Policy, <br />Councilmember McGraw stated that he would like to have a Code of Conduct adopted for the <br />City C ouncil.
