STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />DATE:June 10, 2020 <br />RE:Establishment of Absentee Ballot Board <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Approve the individuals listed below to serve on the 2020 Absentee Ballot Board to process and <br />count absentee ballots. <br />BACKGROUND <br />State Law requires that cities establish an Absentee Ballot Board for the processing and counting <br />of absentee ballots. Attached is a resolution which accomplishes this requirement. <br />The names of individuals below are recommended to serve on the City’s Absentee Ballot Board: <br />ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD <br />1.Bryce Shearen 515 Little Canada Road E.IND <br />2.Lisa Krieger 515 Little Canada Road E.DFL <br />3.Bonnie Keran 515 Little Canada Road E.REP <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the Resolution establishing an Absentee Ballot Board for the 2020 Primary and General <br />Elections.
