Butts, MAI, joined Newmark Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory <br />in 2019. As a leader of the Minneapolis office, Mr. Butts focuses his <br />practice on the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area and Greater Minnesota. <br />Mr. Butts brings to his position 27 years of experience in the real estate <br />industry, with a majority in valuation and advisory. A portion of the <br />experience was spent in the asset management function of CSM <br />corporation, where he experienced valuation, development, leasing, and <br />property management from the owner’s side of the business. <br />He has performed valuations and market studies on a wide variety of <br />properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily <br />residences, hotels, golf courses, churches, industrial properties and <br />vacant land. His valuations have been used for financing, litigation <br />support, condemnation, and general valuation needs.
