<br />Nadeau Road: <br />Nadeau Road is a very small connecting street between Country Drive and Condit Street. It already has <br />concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer so it only requires a full depth reclamation and re-paving of <br />the street. There are two commercial properties abutting the road and neither has an access point on <br />Nadeau so they would be assessed at the residential rate in accordance with the City’s assessment policy. <br />The detailed estimate for Nadeau Road is $149,410 on the high end and $140,000 on the low end. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />As in the past, street projects are recorded in the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund (450). The <br />revenues in this fund include a property tax levy, street assessment revenue, and the electric/gas franchise <br />fees. The 2021-2025 Fund Balance Summary is attached which includes these 2021 street projects. The <br />2021 street costs increased significantly from the estimate for these projects that was calculated in 2020. <br />Based on the increase in the 2021 street costs, the street costs in 2022-2025 will need to be reviewed to <br />verify that these costs are accurate. <br /> <br />
