Kasma, P.E., City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: October 14, 2020 <br /> <br />RE: Allen Avenue Street Improvements <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Motion to approve Partial Pay Estimate No. 4 to OMG Midwest, Inc. dba Minnesota Paving & <br />Materials in the amount of $147,359.90. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor to date is $729,156.08. Amount paid previously is <br />$545,338.38. Withholding a 5% retainage, the amount due is $147,359.90. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />Street and utility improvements will be funded through the City’s Pavement Management Fund <br />and special assessments. Sidewalk improvements will be funded thru the CDBG. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Partial Payment No. 4 in the amount of <br />$147,359.90. <br />
