<br />Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) is responsible for overseeing the use of the funds by <br />Minnesota local governments. <br /> <br />The first report regarding the use of these funds was submitted in September and approved by Council <br />on September 9th. <br /> <br />The second report was submitted on October 8th , since it was due to MMB on October 9th, and <br />includes expenses that were paid in September.
