In this discussion, we will review and discuss the <br />following items: <br /> <br />Proposal: <br />The City has received a Major Subdivision and Variance application from Nathan Faire, the <br />applicant from Landmark of Little Canada, LLC for the parcel located at 3000 Labore Road. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval for a major subdivision and variance for the development of <br />(15) new single-family homes. <br /> <br />Property Acreage: <br />Site Area: 421,302 sf 9.67 acre <br />Outlot A - 1,170 sf 0.03 acre <br />ROW - 38,517 sf 0.88 acre <br />Wetland - 113,110 sf 2.60 acre <br />Wetland Buffer - 59,993 sf 1.38 acre <br /> <br />Zoning: <br />The property is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />Please see the attachments supporting the concept plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
