The <br />portable unit would allow crews to easily take <br />care of sucking out manholes, catch basins, <br />gate valves, and rain garden structures. <br />This unit would be purchased in the winter to have it ready for <br />spring maintenance. <br />Creating operational efficiency <br />$ 22,000 <br />There should be little-to-no effect on operational costs.
