<br />Eligible uses of the funds are as follows: <br />• Medical Expenses <br />• Public Health Expenses <br />• Payroll Expense <br />• Public Health Measures <br />• Economic Support <br />• Other <br /> <br />Public Safety <br />Personal protective equipment and safety equipment for the Ramsey County Sheriff’s <br />Department are included in the November report. These expenses were approved by the partner <br />cities at the RCSD Contract Cities meeting. <br /> <br />Business Relief Grant Program <br />Business Relief Grants were awarded to eleven businesses by Council on November 4th in the <br />amount of $60,000. These grants are included in the November report. <br /> <br />Reporting <br />Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) is responsible for overseeing the use of the funds by <br />Minnesota local governments and requires monthly reports be submitted.
