SECTION II - MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3-2 Parcels to be Removed from Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-2 (AS MODIFIED ON JUNE 26, 2002) The following property and all adjacent rights-of-way identified by the parcel numbers listed below are certified in Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-2. These parcels are being removed from District No. 3-2 and will be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-3.
