<br />Conclusion <br />Budgeting during a world-wide pandemic is challenging at best. With the many unknowns related <br />to COVID-19, staff made significant efforts to minimize the increase to the 2021 budget. The levy <br />increases of 2.96% is well below the 15-year average increase of 3.38%. <br />We would like to acknowledge the contributions from City staff and members of the leadership <br />team for their contributions in preparing this 2021 Operating Budget. We would also like to <br />recognize the time and effort put forward by City Council members throughout the budget process. <br />Together we will continue to assure that the citizens of Little Canada get the best value for their <br />tax dollar. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11
