CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 849 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RELATIVE TO UTILITY RATES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the case of a lengthy <br />ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without cost <br />at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be <br />published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Fee/Rate Schedule for updated water rates, sewer <br />rates, trash & recycling disposal cost per ton and bulky item rates effective with the 1st quarter billing <br />in 2021. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 16th day of December, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> By: _________________________________ <br /> John T.
